Hi folks! My name is Nathanael Lathrop and I'm a freelance filmmaker and wedding videographer based in Southern Oregon. I've been shooting weddings for 8+ years. I love working with and meeting new people, and it's always exciting to get to bring a couple's vision for a film to life.
I truly love the creative process of filmmaking, and my favorite part might be the editing, where I get to stitch all of the magic moments from the wedding day into a truly memorable time capsule for the couple. Your wedding is much more than a pretty video or two. It's an opportunity for me to give to you. for you to allow me to take one of your biggest days of your life and trust me to capture what it the feeling, the moment, the emotions, the laughter, the community and the magic. I'm a filmmaker at heart, and the story of your wedding day, as well as your journey to that day, is story I want to tell. My style tends to be dreamlike and romantic with a cinematic touch. When I'm not filming weddings, you can find me exploring the outdoors, watching movies (I'm a fanatic), or traveling with my wife.
